Who is eligible for voluntary benefits?

- Full time employees who work 30+ hours per week
- Part-time employees who work 17 ½ hours per week
When can I enroll?

- New Hires –
- Self Enroll: within 60 days of your hire date
- Call center enrollment assistance: 3rd Monday of the month: 10:00am – 5:30pm EST.
- All Benefit Eligible Employees-
- During Open Enrollment, November 4, 2024 – November 15, 2024
- New Hires –

- If you have questions about the benefits or need enrollment assistance, call 567-666-4371 during Open Enrollment (November 4, 2024 – November 15, 2024, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm EST)
When will my benefits be effective?

- New Hire enrollments: 1st of the month, following 60 days from your date of hire. (Exceptions: Basic and Dependent Life, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability are effective 1st of the month following 1 year from date of hire.)
- Open Enrollment: 1/1/2025
